There is no hosted QAISS API today. The shapes below are proposals for discussion.

POST /v0/workloads        submit a passport (without output) → { job_id, status: "queued" }
GET  /v0/jobs/{id}         → { status, backend, started_at, finished_at }
GET  /v0/jobs/{id}/result  → completed Workload Passport
GET  /v0/backends          → registered backends with certification level

Jobs that incur third-party fees will require explicit per-job consent.
Provider credentials stay server-side; the API never returns them.
